The color brown gets a bad rap. People usually view it as bland and boring, but I disagree with that assessment. Brown is a great color. It evokes a very natural vibe, is neutral, and goes with just about every other color. All of these characteristics make it great for decorating. It also has the ability to make a room feel calm and peaceful, as evident in the beautiful spaces photographed below.
