For a while, I’ve been having a nagging feeling that the furniture arrangement in our living room wasn’t working. If you remember, the couch was pushed up against the wall opposite the tv. There was a large open space between the two. I knew the space could be better utilized, so one night, I went on a rearranging marathon. After a few tries, I finally found an arrangement that feels right. It was simple–I created better defined spaces by pushing the couch closer to the television. The seating arrangement creates a ‘c’ shape that feels more inclusive. I moved the dining room table behind the couch which established a separate dining space.
What do you think?
