February has been a very busy month. Between my mom visiting, my birthday festivities, and Valentine’s day, I have hardly had any free time; however, last week I managed to carve some time to attend a screening of two very interesting films–Linotype and Typeface. When Joey told me about the screening, I was skeptical that it would be enjoyable for a non-graphic designer (I don’t exactly go weak in the knees for typography…shhh don’t tell Joey). In all fairness, the films were actually quite insightful and humorous. If you get a chance, I would definitely recommend renting either film. You won’t be disappointed.
