Inspired by George Washington’s face on the dollar bill, Joey drew our portraits using the Voronoi Stippling method with a hand-drawn twist. I absolutely love how they turned out. He used his Wacom tablet and Adobe Illustrator. One of my next projects will be printing them out and framing them. I might ask him to also make one of Zuzu the Poodle so we can showcase our whole family!
Stippling is the creation of a pattern stimulating varying degrees of solidity or shading by using small dots. This type of stippling is quite unique. Another interesting variation of stippling with a comical feel to it. Great job.
