It has been about 3 months since we moved into our condo, and I am finally ready to share some photos.  I’ll start with one of my favorite rooms, the living room!  Here is a photo of the room before.  The walls were painted in varying shades of green.  I have nothing against green, but I think it works better in small doses.

Now for the after….

Joey and I spent a long time contemplating the best wall color.  We knew that we wanted a clean look, so we opted for Behr Twilight Gray (750E-2).  I think it looks warm and inviting.

You may recognize some of the furniture and decor from our old apartment.

The windows are huge and let in lots of sunlight.

But there are quite a few new pieces to0, including the amazing Ikea PS lockers.  They look so sleek and they offer great storage.

As you can tell, we have a bit of a retro styling obsession; however,  we always try to mix in some modern pieces.  We don’t want it to look like we live in an antique store.

Do you see the map on top of the suitcase?  It’s  of the Southwest!  I found it at the Fremont Street Fair.  I like to look at it when I’m homesick.
